Wushu is primarily composed of Taolu (Forms/Kata), which is a display of skills including: stances, kicks, punches, balances, jump kicks, sweeps etc.)  Learn to control your body, developing your body and building up your flexibility to perform stylish kicks on command like Jet Li or Jackie Chan in the movies.  (Fun Fact: Jackie Chan, Jet Li, Ray Park and Donnie Yen are practitioners of Wushu)
